When I come in to list and sell a failed FSBO this is the hardest thing to overcome. Out there floating around in cyberspace are the bad photos the homeowners took and posted. PLEASE- leave the whole thing to me.

I think this is a sign of a very passionate Realtor..like me truth be told. I got up from bed at 1:12 am the other morning when it occurred to me I had not heard back from county regarding a well and septic test. After going over the file I realized it was not due for 3 more days because of a Holiday.
